“Loved the pashmina…when it arrived! I paid for guaranteed next day delivery at £8.99, which should have been Wednesday 12 January. Parcel didn’t arrive until Thursday 13 January, which was almost too late for the occasion I needed it for. Why offer a guaranteed service which can’t be delivered at double the cost of standard postage?”

“I have purchased one of these pashminas 2 years ago which remains in perfect condition.This one I only wore once last week it snagged very easily so am wondering if the quality has changed? I would like to receive your comment.”

“I needed a pashmina to wear to my daughter’s graduation as although it was summer the forecast was for very cold weather. I wanted it to match my dress which it did perfectly and also kept me nice and cosy.”
