“The scarf is beautiful and feels lovely but it arrived with a pluck and two flaws in the fabric. I didn't return it as I needed it for a wedding as soon as it arrived. I have given a mark of 'acceptable' purely because of the faults but had it arrived in perfect condition then I would have rated it as excellent. It won't pu me off ordering from yourselves again though.”
