“I didn’t get the correct one I had ordered initially,but the girl I spoke to acted very promptly in replacing with correct one and it arrived an awful lot quicker than the first delivery too Pleased to get it as I lost my original one bought at start of lockdown and which everyone commented on as being very vibrant and unique So satisfaction all round”

“Lovely material but a pity it isn’t made of two layers to accommodate a filter. The service from Scarf Room is second to none. There was a minor flaw with the first mask that was sent but a replacement was sent immediately. Would highly recommend this company.”
