TCT Circular Blade 250mm x 80T Reviews

4.8 Rating 54 Reviews
Read Saxton Blades Reviews

- 250mm Diameter – 80 teeth - 30mm bore (16, 20 and 25mm reduction rings included) - 2.6mm Kerf (thickness of cut)
- Ideal for along the grain and cross - cutting on softwood, hardwood, plywood, chipboard, multi-board panels, MDF, plated & counter-plated panels, laminated & Bi-laminate plastic, and Fibre-reinforced plastic. Providing a quality finished edge
- Fully hardened steel blade body – Delivers accuracy and resists bending and deflection for true cuts. Tungsten carbide teeth provide excellent wear and heat resistance. The positive cutting angle provides fast and efficient removal of chips and swarf
- Incorporates an ATB (Alternating Top Bevel) offset tooth design, The angle of the tooth scores the surface of the wood in advance of the cut, cleanly cutting the wood fibres before the following teeth remove the chip. This provides for a much smoother cut, with much less chance of splintering the surface of the wood
– Compatible with Dewalt, Bosch, Makita, Ryobi and any other circular saws which use a 250mm blade with a 30, 25, 20 or 16mm bore (reduction rings included). Suitable for table saws, mitre/chop saws and handheld circular saws

Excellent, clean cut. Works perfectly with no trace of chips or splinters on my crosscut sled. Even without a zero clearance insert, (yet to be made), it leaves a good clean cut with the mitre gauge.

Great blade. Yet to see how long it lasts compared to my usual which costs 3 times as much.

The new blade arrived next day on a standard delivery option and was a vast improvement on the factory fitted on my Fox sliding mitre. I have heard very good reports of Saxton blades and they appear to be accurate.
