The TCT Circular Blade 190mm x 80T is a versatile and high-performance blade ideal for both along-the-grain and cross-cutting applications.

These 190mm blades are for use on a variety of materials including softwood, hardwood, plywood, chipboard, multi-board panels, MDF, plated and counter-plated panels, laminated and bi-laminate plastic, as well as fibre-reinforced plastic. Our 109mm circular saw blade provides a quality finished edge, making it perfect for various woodworking projects.

Features

ATB (Alternating Top Bevel) Offset Tooth Design: The angle of the tooth scores the surface of the wood in advance of the cut, cleanly cutting the wood fibres before the following teeth remove the chip. This design ensures a much smoother cut with a reduced chance of splintering the surface of the wood.
Fully Hardened Steel Blade Body: Delivers accuracy and resists bending and deflection for true cuts.
Tungsten Carbide Teeth: Provides excellent wear and heat resistance, enhancing the durability and performance of the blade.
Positive Cutting Angle: Ensures fast and efficient removal of chips and swarf.

“Purchased this for my Bosch circular saw to cut some sheets of MDF 19mm boards to build a dressing table. Very pleased with the results. Clean cuts each time. Well worth the money. The blade arrived within a couple of days on normal post at xmas time. I would highly recommend this if you need clean cuts”

“Bought this blade to cut melamine coated bath panel to size Knowing previous 40 tooth blade had chipped laminate so went for 80 teeth blade Unfortunately couldn’t get a clamp washer for my old Skil saw to clamp the 30mm bore so ended up with a new Bosch saw Blade cut perfectly without a chip both bath panels so sorted out a long lasting problem of cutting plastic coated panels without chipping Didn’t need to cut on the reverse side or anything Great blade arrived within 24 hours of ordering and did the job .”

“It came in very good time for me to take it to my son who lives in a different country, he has not had the chance to try it out to date. However the shipping packaging was very adequate and came with several adapters for different sized shanks. The package seems to be good value for money. The only slight disappointment was the fact that Saxon failed to answer an enquiry regarding another size of blade I was attempting to source, I can only imagine this was due to IT failure of the site or my lack of IT knowledge.”

“Only made a few cuts with it so can't really give any review of longevity of life. Cuts foil wrapped IKEA panels and melamine very cleanly - no chips at all which is great.”
