I wanted a blade to cut through 3" nails holding a skirting board. It managed between 10 and 15 before the teeth were starting to wear off. No better than a cheaper brand. wouldn't buy again.

It is good to be able to find tool tips that fit the Aldi Multi tool and Saxon make clear which of their range are suitable. The SHLR44TT Titanium coated tool was purchased to assist in the removal of ceramic floor tiles on a chipboard base floor. The length of the blade was useful for getting further under the tiles. However, I have yet to find a blade that is not destroyed in minutes by this particular task. For wood, melamine flooring and other softer materials these blades are fine though the extra length is perhaps not that important for most jobs. Faced with this task again I would not try to use these blades or a multitool. My final solution was a well sharpened bolster bit in my SDS drill.
