Completely ineffective. ‘Drill’ end not hard enough to drill into a stainless screw - I used a standard drill bit designed for use in metal to drill out the screw head ; ‘extractor’ end unable to bite into the sides of the cavity.

Worked perfectly - just remember to keep the drill bit rotating anticlockwise
