Had to cut through some screws in difficult places and this blade did the job. Followed the advice to go slow and keep the blade moving back and forth so patience required. Stopped when the blade got hot, left it a while. So not a fast job, but it worked.

Works well and cuts quickly with very little wear. Much better than the Erbauer supplied blade!

I have a box of many different blades but I don't know what they do. I do know they are all Saxton blades though. The function 'Hardwood', 'Heavy metal', etc. wears off during the first use but the brand name remains intact. I would like Saxton to swap the positions of the two markings. Saxton blades are hard-wearing, the delivery is quick and prices competitive. I would only go anywhere else if the function was printed on the part that clips on to the machine.
