“Breakfast bar was damaged at one end and had not been cut properly at the other end meaning the finshed edge was not straight. We had to use it because it was being fitted that day and the fitter was not available after that. Reported it to Savoy who offered to take it back but we needed to get it fitted. We sent photos to Savoy who agreed with the damages and offered to replace it but we could not wait. Savoy then got back to us with an offer from the manufacturer to knock off £10 from a worktop that had cost £170. Very disappointed with this derisory offer as we have recently spent about £2500 with Savoy on different items.”
