“The initial worktops kit I received had cracks on the edge. I sent photos to the online team and the next day, I received a reply apologising for the damage. Savoy Timber offered a partial refund or if I preferred, to arrange replacement and to have this collected and a replacement re-sent out. Due to the position of the cracks, I opted to have this kit replaced. This was delivered and collected by ArrowXL who were excellent and very helpful.”
