“This is not so much a review of the product, but rather the distribution - we ordered this product and had to refuse delivery twice as on both occasions the work surfaces were clearly damaged. They didn’t seem to be adequately protected in transit, and the courier used (ArrowXL) had arranged the goods in their van in a haphazard way making it easy for items to crash into each other. Positives were that Savoy customer service were professional, understanding, and quick to cancel the order and provide a refund. Negatives as per above. I’d advise Savoy against ever using ArrowXL again as their courier.”
