“I paid 90p for this. It never turned up. I tried to chat online but got a bot. If company’s want feedback they should man up not hide behind nonsensical answers given by AI. I won’t be buying here.”

“Unfortunately, the sample did not give a true representation of the worktop I was after. It did not give any sense of the material I was interested in or the true colour mix. The sample was very small and flimsy. As a result, had to drive to Wickes to view a more appropriate sample. Sorry to be negative I understand it's difficult with the material I chose but I think a larger sample of the actual material would have been more helpful (I would have been willing to pay more for this if given the choice). - EDIT Savoy customer service called and apologised for the sample and refunded. They were friendly and hopefully took on my feedback .”

Hi Tamzin, Thanks for your time today, we appreciate you giving me the time to have a chat about it, if we had know you were not happy we would have arrange a larger sample. Normally the samples are enough to give an idea of decor. Sorry it wasnt the case this time. Thanks for taking the time to review out service. Lisa
