“Items arrived exactly when we were told they would, and I was pleased with my purchase. I tried to buy similar products from a well known store but was given a date in December for delivery, not only that I also saved myself £50 inspite of paying £65 delivery charge.”

“Ordered worktop was sent email stating 3rd party would be delivering. Wasnt told in email it would be one man del. The guy turned up had no paperwork for me to sign even thought it stated in email there would be. As there was noone to help he put the worktop in my garden im 60 just recovering from a serious op but the guy didnt care. Contact customer services at Savoy to be told it states in email 1 man delivery well i pointed out in each of emails i received nothing says that apparently the advisor changed course its on website. I was told they would get someone to collect it if i cant bring it in.. Funny can collect but cant take it just inside my doorway especially when i wasnt aware that a 30kg item was classed as 1 man delivery. The advisor kept telling me how he had worked there 5 yrs this and that has never happened before as i pointed out well it has now. Also box was torn and there were footprints all over the box My worktop stayed out in garden overnight in rain until i could get soneone to help nezt and bring it in. Certainly wouldnt recommend this company their customer service is unacceptable and retraining in order.”

“Unfortunately I never received any of the orders I made with this company, which was kitchen worktops and upstands, causing me great stress and inconvenience. Seems to be a few feedback of this kind so I should have checked before using this company. Unfortunately won't be using them again due to this experience.”
