“Worktop was 2m and had cut down to 1.02m which was fine. I dint want offcut. Yet when I came to pay delivery, I was charged for a 2m worktop. I had previously purchased a 1m top but for the extra 2cm I paid double delivery fee. I did call and ask why but call handler just went on about ordering a 2m top though I wasn't having one delivered. In summary, cutting etc was spot on but the way delivery is quoted and managed is pretty daft.”
