“Very expensive, sign of the times”

“Ordered via website. My driver collected but was given the wrong order (it was an order that we placed a few months earlier which had been replicated and several sheets of ply had to be cut). Ok, fair enough, we all make mistakes. However, we then returned and collected the correct order. There was 2 or 3 pieces of the plywood that were of extremely poor quality - full of knots and holes (filler had actually been used to fill and smooth the surface). Call me cynical but I bet they put that in because they had already cut several sheets of ply by mistake and where trying to get some of their money back!”

“Staff are excellent, and they called me to say that they didn't have stock. I only give 4 stars because I asked for cuts at 600 and none were 600. They were 605 and 615 which made my project harder.”
