“Great products and prices but let down by customer service. I have been trying for 4 days to get someone on the phone at the Blackpool branch about my order. It just rings and rings - no one ever answers the phone. I've talked to someone in the central office and even they can't get through. They say staff have to prioritise customers in the store. I say they don't have enough staff if they can't support existing customers. Come on Savoy - get some more staff on the kickstarter scheme so you can look after your customers!”
