“Panels are Excellent Very Strong and well built.. Customer Service is very poor at Savoy Timber Wigan though unfortunately.Last time I went to get 3 panels I had to carry the panels on my own from where they are stored in their yard to my vehicle.I received no help or assistance in carrying the panel s,the young lad just dropped them down where they were stacked very high above 7-8ft or more,he had to climb on other panels to get to the ones I ordered.He just dropped them down from the massive stack and disappeared.The previous time I got fence panels from here a different lad did help carry some panels for me as I purchased about 7 or 8,but the area where the panels were was jammed solid,full of other items it was a very big trip hazard and very dangerous carrying the panels from the yard/ storage area to the car.It seems like health and safety there is very lapse indeed.Im the customer,I shouldn't have to carry my own panels to my vehicle,the goods are in their yard they should be brought to my vehicle by the staff there in my opinion..”

“This order took about 3 months, no updates from Savoy unless I chased them. I have had panels before from savoy which have been very good quality which is why I reordered. These panels were very poorly made in comparison. There are visible gaps in the wood on 2 separate panels, where you can see through to next door. Due to how long it took to get them, I have not returned but I am very disappointed. I did email to advise of the poor quality and got a poor response. I wasn't looking to return them just make them aware for other customers. I also had 2 additional panels of a different size, dropped off at my house when no-one was home. Someone so where will very waiting for these, I have requested they are collected but similar have nit been given a time/date. Hopefully this is just a one off, as I have always been happy with Savoy previously.”
