“The product was great. The website was great. Ordering was easy. The delivery process was chaos. Delivery when agreed on a day becomes at any point in a two day period and then the time of the delivery can be changed on the day of the delivery. This is deeply impractical and very expensive if the customer fails to check the emails through out the day and misses the delivery. Savoy will blame the delivery comapny as a third party, but of course from a customer perspective the order was made with and paid to Savoy Timber. Dissapointing.”
