“Good quality door, exactly the same as the range in B&Q, but made to measure which was very handy. Had to chase a few times because there was no communication after the purchase date. The doors were meant to be delivered within 21 days. On day 24 I chased and was told they take up to 21 days... Chased again. No reply. Then they turned up on day 32. Had to contact customer services as there was no obvious mark to say where the lock block is. " there should be an arrow" - there isn't, etc etc, went the email exchanges. After several days, we determined it was the smudged ink mark on the top of the door that indicates which side the block is on. Pleased with the door. Everything else felt like a hassle.”

“Very happy. Just a wonder should I knock 2mm off withe side of my left to right and top to bottom measurements? The door fit in the hole brilliantly until I put the hinges on.”
