“We ordered made to measure bifold doors and although the doors arrived in the timescale and are what we wanted, we have been unable to install them as the wrong fitting was sent and despite contacting them 10 days ago, we still haven’t received the required part in the post, so the doors are currently of no use.”

“Very pleased with the product although I had not realised the fitting process was one for a professional and not one for a 78year old ex bean counter like me. However, I won in the end and the finished installation has pleased the 'manageress'. The service from Savoy was very good with the doors being expertly cut to my specification and delivered inside 7days. I would recommend this company but would request an improvement in the fitting insrructions supplied, especially when it comes to lining up the top and bottom pivots. There is no room for inaccurate positioning as I found out. But every error is a trial run.”

“Door itself is good quality. The delivery time was good, in fact a week earlier than I had expected. Packing left a little to be desired in my opinion. One corner of the door was very slightly damaged but not significantly enough to warrant any complaint, plus the bottom hinge was twisted, see photo. The doors were folded when shipped and if wrapped around with strong tape before packing, would have prevented the twisting of the hinge. I took it off and hammered it flat again, so overall no damage - but hence the four stars instead of five.”
