“My initial satisfaction with the well wrapped package soon turned to disappointment when I found that the screws holding the two halves of the bifold doors were inadequate 16mm long and screwing into a thin veneer of oak and on into the chipboard core of the door. There was no decent edging piece to fix into. I replaced these with 3.5 x 50 screws which seemed to hold. When attempting to hang the door I found the holes for the pivots which should have been 11mm diameter were in fact 13mm so no way were they going to work. I phoned the office and explained all, I was told the manager was out but he would ring me back. No call came.... All in all not what was expected. I don't think much care or effort has gone into the job.”

“Happy with the made to measure folding door, it looks really good after I treated it with door oil. I had to glue down a coupe of edges myself to the oak veneer which was fitted to the door when it was hand made to size. This isnt a major thing as I am able to rectify it myself, I would have given 5 stars otherwise”
