“Door arrived quicker than expected. It's a very good quality door and measurements were spot on. It was easy to hang and paint. My only comment would be that it was meant to have a door knob included with it but it was missing. Overall very happy with the product and the service”

“The doors are great and good quality. They appear to be the correct size - we haven’t installed them yet, Sadly Savoy timber use Tuffnells for delivery and they are dreadful. They damaged one of a set of doors beyond repair. Savoy customer service was great and replaced the doors quickly, but the second delivery was as random as the first. Would have given 5 stars if Savoy timber had a different delivery company.”

“Pretty poor all around really. When I ordered it said 10-14 days. I chased after 14 days and they they said 4 weeks as it was made to measure. It didn't arrive for over 7 weeks. When it did arrive it was damaged in transit on the edges and the quality was average if I'm being generous. Had a similar experience with a front door I'd ordered. I wouldn't buy from them again”
