“delivery time over 3 weeks , was expecting delivery on a Tuesday , courier company arrived on the Monday , whilst nobody was home and dumped the decking boards down the side of my house. Wood quality is good , but all boards are different lengths , to what was specified in the order . So I now have to hire a carpenter with a circular saw in order to square off the decking. Called customer service , who were less than helpful and simply hid behind their t&c's , no offer of a refund , paid over £500 for decking kit and facia kit including £80 for an unreliable courier company to take 3 weeks to deliver .All measurements on lengths of wood are not exact so am having to pay more in labour and tool costs to try and get a decent looking decking , very unhappy!”

“Supplied joists appalling! Everyone was slightly different length, one a whole centimetre too long. Looks as if these were cut by hand by someone who couldn't use a ruler. I had to trim all the joists to the smallest length. The whole point of a kit was to avoid hand cutting. I might as well have gone to wickes and cut the timbers myself. Would have returned but project was urgent. Also Tuffnels delivery did not inform me of arrival luckily I happened to be in. Would not use Savoy again. Very dissappointed.”
