“order arrived ahead of time, excellent communication with company and couriers. Screws selivered separately. Of high standard, and plenty spares. Timber was a little disappointing though, because some planks were shorter than the size ordered. This meant that the is a bit zig zaggy on one side. 3 planks were very different colour to the other 3. I made a feature out of that so it looks a bit quirky, but again delivery not uniform. Still, good value for money, would recommend dealing with this company.”

“Very poor communication.After ordering ,was emailed with the intended week commencing delivery date, NOT ACTUAL DATE .Telephoned Savoy on the Tuesday of deliv week due to no confirmation of actual delivery date ,to discover that customers receive an email day it leaves depot with intended delivery for next day! So basically you need to take a week off work and wait!Was informed that it was due to leave depot on Thursday, still hadn't received confirmation of this by 4.50pm Thursday! Had to phone them, was informed courier would phone me hour before intended delivery, on the Friday. Courier just turned up at 4pm with no phone call Was informed by Savoy that they don't give precise days incase they are let down by the external courier, therefore letting the customer down. Most other companies that delivery service give delivery days etc and accept responsibility if something goes wrong. COMMUNICATION !!!!!! Very poor overall service, would not recommend using this company for non local delivery service!!! Unless you don't mind taking a week off work and guessing when it's going to arrive !”
