The decking kit was delivered well within time and driver was most helpful. the kit was easy to put together as I did it myself. This is the second decking kit that I have purchase from this company and really pleased and would totally recommend

Ordered, delivered and was here within 2 days. GREAT quality for the price, hard to understand how I could buy and get it delivered to cardiff cheaper than buying 1/2 the kit here! Thank you Would definitely order from you again

we have received items in 3 separate deliveries and are still pieces missing not impressed at all we have had to chance daily with no communication from the courier or savoy Timber

Never received the correct amount of boards no reply from customer service for weeks on end had to source replacement boards my self and then try to get money back for them so in short never never never go near these people

Shambolic in all honesty. Order was placed on May 28th and originally booked a delivery date on the website on 23rd June only to not hear anything again despite the email saying there would be further contact. It was then near impossible to get hold of anyone. When someone eventually did respond o was told the decking was no longer going to be delivered on that day - whilst a little inconvenient I understood that business levels were probably high due to increased demand with people doing up their gardens during the lockdown. So fine the delivery was delayed until a week or so later. This is where the issues really began. When I came to assemble my decking kit a few days later, it appeared that there were two decking boards missing from the kit which meant that it couldn’t be completed that day. Again trying to communicate was pretty much impossible as the phones were never answered and emails rarely responded to. Eventually I received a response on 8th July from the company who said they would send the two remaining boards - excellent I thought. Two days later a delivery arrived with two boards. The two boards that were delivered were the wrong colour, the wrong length and the wrong pattern. Not only did they not match the decking boards I had put down, the two new boards that were delivered did not even match each other. I spoke to the delivery driver about this and as he was the courier he said he just delivered what was given to him so nothing he could do. So once again the rigmarole of trying to contact and get a response began. I had no response to emails so I eventually took to the company Facebook page on around 23rd July and left comments. A Lisa Royle then responded to me and told me that the correct boards would be arranged to be sent out the following morning. A further email was sent to chase this on the 29th as I still had not heard anything and have still not received the missing boards. Nearly two and a half months after the original order and still have not got the product that I paid for.
