“First of all the driver rang before delivery and was cheerful so that's always a good start! Didn't just dump it all in the front but carried it through to the back where I wanted it. Kit was easy to put together with more than enough screws supplied and I am delighted with the result. I've treated mine so hopefully it will look great for years to come! Great service and a great price. Would definitely recommend!”

“It took a little more than a week to receive the product in south england along with extra charge for delivery. They missed sending the facia kit which I had ordered along with this decking kit. The driver himself noticed this miss and asked me to contact customer support, which was simple to do over email. Delivery Driver was helpful and dropped the items inside my garden. The joists were not of the exact same length so I needed to improvise during assembly. Similarly the decking boards were not exactly the same length so I had to trim a bit using a saw. The end product looks good for the price.”

“Wood was damp and some of the decking boards and joists were bowed. Also, as it was a kit I expected the boards to be cut to size - only one board was actually 3m, all the others I had to trim. This is the kind of quality I would have expected from a cheap DIY store, not a professional timber merchant. Quite disappointed.”
