Good deck,little warping but that's expected,for a novice like me no instructions but googled spaces and how many screws needed in each board...all in all it looks good

No frills decking but perfect for the hot tub as we have it at ground level. Service was first class, ease of ordering, constant contact from Savoy and delivered within the time stated. I will order from Savoy again.

I'd like to write a good review as the product was ok, but the service was awful. Firstly, despite the correct address being on the invoice, they printed the address labels incorrectly and delivered everything to my neighbour. The labels stated clearly to call at least 1 hour before delivery and my phone number was printed on the labels but no call so I did not know items were being delivered. They delivered one of the items incorrectly and another item was missing. When I called about the incorrect item (timber too long) they told me to cut it down myself with a saw - which I refused to do. They delivered the correct item along with the missing stuff 3 days later, saying they would collect the incorrect stuff - but I still have it in my front garden awaiting collection. Since finally delivering the correct stuff, I have now had no less than 5 emails telling me my order has left the warehouse and will be delivered shortly. Disappointing

Hi there, thank you for your review, and we are sorry your items were delayed or incorrect. I have looked into your issue and it was human error with regards to the incorrect number being selected on your ticket, we apologise for this but human error can happen when we are working so hard to dispatch much more items that in normal circumstances, thankfully this is quite a rare occurrence. We ask the courier to call all our customers 1 hour before delivery, and as you describe we actually have this written on every single ticket we issue, unfortunately as we employ a third party courier this is at their discretion and is not something we can enforce. The incorrect item as you point out was time that was 600mm longer than you had ordered, it is very rare that we would dispatch longer timber but in certain circumstances where we have run out of a particular length we would dispatch a slightly longer length and customers that then use off cuts if required- again this is rare. To be fair we did offer to replace the items for you or you could cut the pieces down and utilise the additional pieces - perhaps for noggins- we would never say you have to accept a product that you do not want. Again collection is through our courier partner and they are prioritising deliveries at present as they too are overwhelmed with demand but hopefully they will have been collected.
