“Overall happy with the value for money. Delivery was quick down south although the screws came as a separate consignment so wasn't able to finish the day of delivery. Some of the timber was quite warped and splintered and one piece was too small. Overall the product is great value for a kit but a few little things stopped it from being excellent. Would buy again.”

“EXSTREAMLY good value for money I did have reservations about buying it as a kit BUT I CANT PRAISE THIS COMPANY AND THE PRODUCT ENOUGH I would 100% deffenetly reccomend was easy to put together and looks remarkable all of our neighbours have remarked how nice it looks and believe me I'm NOT a DIY man but this was easy to build”

“I would not recommend at all, Every joist was a different length, most of the decking boards were different lengths and also split. Savoy timber said they world swap it that afternoon and would check to make sure the next kit was ok but never came and did not get in touch. The following day I called and and it came that day while i was at work in the morning and they swapped it over but I had the same problem again with length and split boards. They arranged collection and refund. It was the only day I had off without children to get the job done so a big waste of my time and loss of money being off work”

“Not enough base wood in pack as I layer the pack a week after delivery due to work commitments it was to late to complain !! I had to go to a different supplier to buy more wood and I wouldn’t recommend savoy again also delivery was rescheduled due to driver not finding property although he was given the correct postcode and I wasted a days holiday from work waiting in so definitely would not recommend”

“Some of the deck boards were split and warped I also thought that the boards were supposed to be 19mm thick these are 15mm thick otherwise everything else was as described on the web site”
