“Purchased some more Sunrise panels to go with the previously purchased panels, as we needed more having just moved the decking into a new position. Good quality panels with an alternative design, brings a little more to the decking rather than just having spindles around the outside.”

“I Ordered 12 of your sunrise decking panels, 7 came with thicker planks of timber and 5 with thinner planks of a different spec.. The customer was understandably upset by this and this reflected poorly on my business. After paying £70 delivery and only having a small window of time available to carry out the work, I had no choice but to use what I had received. I was able to make the best out of what I had, but this did take longer to complete , which of course I had not put into the customers price. I am very disappointed this and would appreciate a response. I have attached photos to demonstrate the differences.”
