“I ordered a chamfered handrail due to could only get flat top handrails around my area. I clearly stated a chamfered handrail in my order i even paid £20 plus for delivery. I waited 8 weeks for the handrail and it turned up a flat top handrail. I sent you 4 emails to correct this mistake but you totally ignored my emails.”
