Hi Trevor, so sorry your item was late. We sometimes use external couriers to transport goods I can assure you the goods were dispatched on time . I am sorry they did. not fulfill the order on time. Best regards Savoy timber

“We ordered all the handrails, spindles & posts online. It was a really easy online ordering system. The delivery was prompt , & a really helpful delivery lad unloaded it all. All pieces ordered were of a high quality standard We are so thrilled with the quality & finished look. I would (& have ) highly recommend Savoy Timber”
