“The decking is fine, the customer service experience was abysmal. Sent several emails to have a replacement drill bit sent out as the original bit (which should have been a twin pack but was a single bit) didnt fit, was repeatedly told by your advisor that I was wrong and it fitted - which I obviously know it didnt or I would'nt have got in touch - I really do have better things to do than to complain about a drill bit. But I had paid for 2 so requested a replacement or a refund, neither of which were offered. Also paid £60 for delivery but it turned up a day late so my day off was for nothing. Won't be using Savoy again (or anyone else I know for that matter). There's plenty of other decking suppliers out there.”
