Yep good these. But you need an extra long screw bit to use with them (and probably an extra long drill bit) then you can tighten after fitting the next panel in place). Get some panel samples off Savoy as well. You can use these to hold the clips in place prior to drilling and/or screwing into place. This speeds things up considerably otherwise you are constantly putting down and picking back up the drill. Nobody seems to sell the extra long drill/screw bits which are essential. So you have to go online. Come on Savoy.

They were no delivered at the time I was told they would be delivered. Initially I was told there was a five day wait before replacements could be delivered. I informed your Wigan office this would mean I would have workmen standing around un able to do the job. Your office replied by saying that I should not of got the workmen in until the goods had been delivered. I replied by saying you gave me a specific day of delivery. Your response was but you were not given a time. I told your office this was correct but the goods should of been there ready for use first thing the next day. Your office stated we admit it’s our mistake and I have apologised, indicating this should be enough. I said it wasn’t because I was having to pay the workmen for the next day. Even though no work could be carried out because of the missing clips. In other words I was having to pay for your mistake. I also said I would be looking into the situation. Shortly afterward I got another call telling me the clips (plus the missing trim) would be delivered later in that day. You also mentioned had we signed the delivery not, my reply was that we were not even shown one. As far as I am concerned this is not good customer service. The actions indicate to me that if I had just accepted the situation the goods would of actually been delivered FIVE days after you said they would. Not very strong and had a call back recently because of clips snapping. Never had the issue before so could be a weak batch.
