“Ordered the Duluxe decking boards but was sent the value decking boards by accident. Builder had already cut the boards to size before I noticed the mistake. Contacted Savoy and they apologised, arranged to refund the difference and sent us an extra board free of charge. Customer service is excellent and I do recommend Savoy based on the customer service, but double check your order to make sure you’re sent the correct item. Pic below is of value decking boards after being painted with Ronseal natural wood protection.”

“I used the decking boards to replace existing for approximately 10 sqm . The boards were easy to cut to size, and screw to the joists. They look very good and treated with preservative.”
