Hi there due to the warm weather there can be some bowing of timber but we always try and weed those items out before dispatch- we are trying to get as many customers served at once and if a piece of wood is send bowed we will of course replace straight away - if you could send images and notify us then the monies paid can be either partial refunded or items replaced - we cannot help is we are not informed
