“2 damaged boards, lots of knots throughout. I ordered this size by mistake and contacted as soon as realised and had no response. Delivery came in 2 parts over 3 day period. Unimpressed by lack of communication.”

“The delivery was swift and was really good. The quality of the decking was poor the borads were not cut to the correct size and nearly half of the were split and badly damaged I ordered over 400 pounds worth of borads I feel I have wasted my money as I now have to order more please check the quality of the borads you receive and savoy timber please do some quality control on your stock. I am still waiting to hear from them on my issues. I would appreciate a response from them.”

“Fantastic value for money and can’t complain about the service. Received my decking boards, but unfortunately one was damaged beyond use. Had no problems in getting a replacement board sent out with a lovely email apologising for inconvenience. Would definitely buy from again and would highly recommend”
