“What a great idea, a surprise box of goodies which are selected with the individual in mind. A really fun box to receive, it is like being a child on Christmas morning. The idea of the box is a relatively new concept and if a hiccup is encountered it is sorted by the SH team who do their best to get it right. My box was not entirely to my tastes and took me out of my comfort zone but I contacted them and as usual, they were there to listen and help if they can. What fantastic customer service. The box contains different accessories for a value greater than the cost of the box, fantastic idea.”

“I loved my box of goodies and was lucky enough to receive the extra chain as I was one of the first 25 who ordered it so very lucky. The thing that really impressed me is that in my box this time I had an item that I also received in the Christmas surprise box BUT Martina handled the situation and sorted out a replacement immediately. I cannot fault the product or the service and I'm pleased to say my SH collection is growing.”
