“I purchased the Dahlia Tote Bag with an additional animal print leather strip. The bag is lovely quality and seems versatile and adaptable; I hate changing bags so if I can vary the look of the bag to suit different clothes than that is a huge plus. Have only had it a short while but feel it will be really useful.”

No need for extra cases for your laptop and glasses as they are perfectly protected, everything is perfectly organized and easy to find. “I've now had this bag for 4 months and the quality of the leather and workmanship means that it still looks good as new. I love the suede interior, gold highlights and the pocket configuration works well for me. The things that I feel would improve this bag are 1. a thicker strap as it tends to dig in to my shoulder quite a bit and seems slightly too thin when considering proportion to the size of the bag. 2. Stronger poppers on the sides - they are forever unpopping themselves which is annoying! Compared with the strength of the magnet fastening on the top of the bag, the poppers seem very weak and not the same quality as the rest of the bag. I have really found this a disappointing feature. 3. an option to zip close the bag on the top rather than just the magnet clasp - I have been in situations where I have felt a security risk from not being able to completely close the bag. Right from the start the colour turned out to be more purpley pink than the brighter fuschia pink I expected from the on line pictures but I guess I've got used to this. Overall, I like the bag a lot but have become disappointed and a bit frustrated with the poppers unpopping all the time meaning it doesn't keep it's shape how I would like it to look. I guess if I'm honest - this really annoys me and doesn't feel right considering the retail price of he bag. Can anything be done about this please? Sara”

Thanks so much for the review and so sorry you have had issue. I wish you had contacted us at the time as we certainly could have changed the handbag for another colour. Regrading the poppers. They are of a very high quality and therefore should not keep popping open but there is an element of physics here in that if they bag is very full then they may pop. With it being a soft leather it will change shape as well. We can certainly look at the poppers to check them if you would like? Do let me know via email and we can arrange that. As to the zip we designed this bag not to have a zip opening for ease and it has proved very popular with most customers. Sorry that you are worried about security.
