“A really cute idea! We ordered our baby's first letter from Santa and although it's a template, there are places where you can personalise the content. It's a very cute letter to put in his memory box and the print seems very good quality. My only feedback would be that the colour schemes were either pink or blue. It would be really good for there to be an option that was gender neutral. Aside from that I would recommend this service.”
