Hello Louise Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to see that your letters have not arrived yet. I have just been looking into this now and I can see that they were both posted on the 22nd November. The Royal Mail strikes are unfortunately causing significant delays and there is a backlog of post that is taking longer than we would expect. Your letters have definitely been sent and are on their way but please allow a bit of extra time for your orders to arrive.
