“Thank you so much again for making my wee granddaughters Christmas that little bit extra special, the letter was brilliant and to see the excitement in her face as she was reading it out, knowing santa thought she was a very special girl and he knew all about her friends and the special gift he was making just for her, it was amazing to see the excitement dancing out of her, then she seen the video made just about her and her special book and her good girl certificate made it even more real for her, she even waved goodbye to santa when video finished and wished him merry Christmas. So many thanks again and I hope to hear from you nxt Xmas to once again make her Christmas and her baby sister who has just been born, a Christmas to always remember. Merry Christmas to you all and wish u all a very Happy New year”
