Hello Catherine Thank you for your message. I am very sorry that you have not yet received your letter. I have checked and it was posted on the 24th November and so it is on it's way now. The Royal Mail strikes are unfortunately causing significant delays and there is a backlog of post that is taking longer than we would expect.
