“Absolutely loved this video, granddaughter was thrilled, put together so well. Bought the letter/ activity pack and text off Santa on Christmas Morning. Services was fantastic, kept in touch the whole time and advised I had my activity pack with Santa's letter in, to be sent out early due to postal strikes. Arrived in plenty of time in Decrmber for granddaughter to get excited about Santa's visit. Also send letter/ pack and video to email, so you have back up, which is a brilliant idea. Service second to none Thank you for excellent service Mrs C Darwin”
