“The video was so great! I ordered 2 more. Only suggestion I would have for improvement is at beginning when Santa says child's name the volume decreases substantially. Also would love to hear child's name said by Santa a 2nd time somewhere in the video. Overall though, I can't say enough how excited my child was over this - watched over and over. Thank you!”

“Was very disappointed by the video chose a personalised one with her name and it missed her name and skips when it said you have been a very good girl. I emailed to explain about this to see I could get it redone and didn't receive a reply im just hoping the letter is better”
