“Was very disappointed by the video chose a personalised one with her name and it missed her name and skips when it said you have been a very good girl. I emailed to explain about this to see I could get it redone and didn't receive a reply im just hoping the letter is better”

“The video was lovely, just a shame that ALL the videos weren’t personalised, as I might have bought more otherwise, although I realise that these are so you can download them quickly and easily without having to wait for the name to be included.”
