“Very good but asking about a specific present for Santa to bring (especially in October (?) and even in November) was particularly difficult as it's far too soon to be getting children excited about Christmas. Before Hallowe'en and Guy Fawkes night is FAR too soon to be putting Christmas into children's heads.”

“Brilliant well written letters with space to add the personal touches, my granddaughters have proudly taken them into school along with their certificates to show they are on the good list and show their special named friends that they are too. The 6-year-old has had it read a number of times so keeps talking about what santa said as she can almost recite it!”
