“Lovely picture and wording,the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I found the wording a bit small.Children like larger letters.”

Hello Sophie Thank you for your message. I am very sorry to hear that your letter has not arrived yet. I have just checked and it was posted on the 28th November. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing a lot of delays at the moment. Many letters seem to be taking a couple of weeks to arrive, rest assured your letter is on it's way and should arrive soon.
