Brooks have added a lighter DNA LOFT v2 cushioning to the midsole of the latest Cascadia 16 to make this popular trail shoe even more comfortable. The additional small improvements on the upper and midsole, like the added drainage ports, the gusset tongue, the upgraded Ballistic Rock shield and the TrailTack rubber make this an excellent high-tech trainer to help tackle any hazardous terrains. Also available in a 2E (wide) fitting and GTX (waterproof) version.

“Since visiting Run and Become in London 3 years ago and following their great advice and support, I am a converted Brooks runner. I run about 30 to 50 miles a week to train for 3 half iron man a year plus some local running races. Due to the postal strike my online purchase with Run and Become got lost in a London depot. After a few emails, the team was excellent and shipped me a brand new pair via DHL. I got them in 48 hours and ready to hit the trails this weekend!!”
