Brooks' popular neutral road running shoe, the Ghost 14, features both an improved upper and enhanced cushioning to create a smoother, softer feel. The bouncy DNA LOFT cushioning now covers the full-length of the midsole for better shock absorption and increased comfort. The redesigned upper with new 3D Fit Print technology stretches where needed and offers a secure hold. Also available in 2E (wide) and 4E (extra wide) fitting.

I’m very pleased with my Brooks Ghost 14 shoe. Being an x international runner. I always had my shoes free. But age catches up with us all, And the free kit stopped But being 76 years of age Brooks shoes definitely suit the older runners. Many thanks. Bernie Plain MBE

Had Brooks Ghost 12 before. As an underpronator I find Brooks do the job perfectly. Brooks Ghost 14 just as good as before and the extra length tongue is beneficial if getting to foot nicely positioned in the shoe. Staff at 100 st Marys` Street Cardiff - helpful as ever.

Having had two pairs of 12s before these I've never had the 13s. There are considerable differences. The heel is less bouncy than the 12s but the transition is better so overall it works well. This is good for me because it encourages me to slow down. Overall, different from the 12s but still good.

I've run in Brooks Ghosts for years but these weren't for me. They were much narrower than the 13s and the rigid tongue was very hard and irritated me. Excellent service from Run and Become though who exchanged quickly.

I've been a Brooks Ghost user for the last 10 years. I always use shoes which suit me, for consistency and injury prevention.
