Plush DNA LOFT cushioning has been added under the heel for an even softer and comfier ride. Ghost 12 is also 14g lighter than its predecessor. Also available in standard width and 4E (extra wide).

“Well cushioned neutral shoe with sufficient grip for dry trails. As a heavier than normal runner doing 30 miles a week, my 13..8 stone suits me. I have owned the Brooks ghost for many years and I can run a half marathon when brand new, first time out”

“Got this shoe to replace a very old Adidas running shoe, and have to say its super comfy to run in, both on roads, and on reasonably flat path across fields. Is not meant for proper off road running, and I can confirm that. Would highly recommend it.”

“Nice styling. Different look to my old Ghost 9s (I had 2 pairs) but similar balanced medium feel. The marginally wider 2E width fitting suits me. I'm an 85Kg, 15 miles a week neutral gait male fitness runner. This is my preferred shoe.”
