The Ghost is Brooks’ ever popular road running shoe for the neutral runner, offering superb cushioning, lightness and balance. This latest version 12 has had some exciting updates. The engineered mesh on the upper has been redesigned with new 3D print overlays offering outstanding fit and feel. Ghost 12 is 14g lighter than its predecessor. Also available in 2E (wide fitting) and 4E (extra wide).

“This is the third or fourth pair of Brooks Ghost's that I have worn since being recommended by Petra at your shop. I find them fairly light and flexible, ideal for steady runs and also doing faster sessions.”

“I've had several pairs of Brooks Ghost 11 - this is my first pair of 12s. Only used them for a couple of runs but I think they fit even better than the 11s. Might still be in that "new shoes are great" phase but these do feel really comfortable.”
